Q - I have an issue/question with my order.

Q - Can I return/exchange/refund/cancel my order?
A - All of our products are made to order, so we cannot accept returns/exchanges/cancellations or refund orders. Verify your order & shipping times before checkout completion.
Q - I forgot to put a discount code at checkout, can you add it to my order?
A - Due to high order volume and high customer service requests, we cannot edit discount codes/coupons after an order has been placed.
Q - Do you offer international shipping?
A - We do! Worldwide shipping is available. For our international customers (customers outside of the United States), please note that the customer is responsible for any import taxes, duties, custom fees, VAT taxes, etc. and that these costs are not included in your checkout price. Check your country's policies for more detail.
Q - What shipping options do you offer?
A - Our studio uses UPS as our domestic shipping carrier which offers ground shipping between 5-8 days and expedited shipping between 1-3 days as well as DHL & UPS as our international shipping carrier which offers worldwide shipping between 2-3 days. For US orders $100 and over, we offer $5 flat rate shipping (5-8 business days). Note that our studio is not responsible for any shipping delays. Please reach out to the shipping carrier with your tracking number for any questions regarding the delivery of your order.
Q - What's your turnaround time?
A - As all items are made to order by a one-person team, the expected turnaround for all items is 4-5 weeks prior to shipping and are subject to change (weather, COVID-19 delays, etc.). Note that orders purchased during a pre-order have a turnaround time of 6-8 weeks.
A - To calculate your estimated order arrival add the turnaround time (4-5 weeks) and your chosen shipping period.
Q - I chose priority shipping, why didn't my order arrive 1-3 days after I ordered?
A - UPS priority shipping options do NOT change our turnaround time. It guarantees that after the turnaround time (4-5 weeks), you order's shipping time will be 1-3 days.
Q - My package is missing?
A - We are not responsible for any missing or stolen packages. After packages leave our studio, shipping and delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. All orders with standard shipping contain tracking numbers. Please use this information to follow up with your shipping carrier.
Q - Does LMC do custom orders?
A - Yes! Please send us an email at email@example.com with the design/theme you have in mind, how many items and your trip date. Depending on the time of year (during holiday rushes, near major drops, etc) we might not have the capacity to fulfill custom orders, so please reach out in advance if you would like something bespoke!
